カリソルブ治療の流れ

カリソルブの治療手順

• STEP 1.　カリソルブによる虫歯治療の前に

  カリソルブはC2（象牙質まで達した虫歯）までの虫歯に特に有効です。

  奥歯（臼歯）の咬合面のみぞ（小窩裂溝）にできた虫歯など薬剤を直接塗ることが難しい場合は、薬剤を有効に作用させるために歯を少し削ることがあります。

  カリソルブはほとんどのケースで麻酔を使わずに治療することができます。

• STEP 2.　カリソルブの薬剤を準備

  カリソルブの薬剤が虫歯に有効に作用するようよく混合します。

• STEP 3.　薬剤（カリソルブ）の塗布

  虫歯に侵された部分に薬剤をたっぷりと塗り、虫歯への化学的作用を待ちます（30秒以上）。

  薬剤の塗布は専用器具を用います。

• STEP 4.　虫歯の除去

  薬剤の作用して柔らかくなった虫歯をていねいに取り除きます。

  この時、歯が乾燥しないように注意します。

• STEP 5.　虫歯除去の確認

  薬剤が濁らなくなるまでSTEP3.～4.を繰り返します。

  虫歯が完全に除去できたかを、目視だけでなく虫歯検知液などで確認します。

• STEP 6.　充填処置

  虫歯除去後の状態に応じて、インレー（詰め物）などによる充填処置を行います。
